Thrive Wealth Management Ltd. is a locally owned credit union wealth management company focused on providing financial planning and advice to clients and members across Saskatchewan.    We have the extraordinary opportunity of serving a large book of retail banking clients with our partner credit unions to reach wealth goals. We require a candidate who knows what it takes to succeed in building a team of highly engaged and client focused Wealth Associates across the province. 

Thrive Wealth Management presently has an opening for a Manager of Wealth Support to join our leadership team.  Having been highly successful at leading teams, you love coaching, developing and mentoring.  You look to your peers for guidance, and also love to share your knowledge to help others grow. 

You are able to impact and influence internal and external stakeholders with a remote team.  As a coach and leader, you enjoy helping people reach and exceed their goals.  You know that your enthusiasm for the business makes accepting constant change both exciting and rewarding.  Helping a team focused on supporting financial advice & planning energizes you. You are forward looking within the industry and can help prepare your team for success.   

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the financial services industry complemented with 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership position; leading a team of professional staff.
  • Proven experience with managing administrative support functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Wealth Industry Designation or Certificate in Financial Planning, Canadian Securities or Investment Funds in Canada Course, CSI Conduct and Practices Course, Branch Compliance Course, Insurance accreditation.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
