As the Manager - Wealth Advice & Planning, I lead a team of Wealth Specialists across multiple locations who are focused on delivering holistic financial advice to the communities we serve.

I’m passionate about building high performing advisory teams who feel confident in their expertise, connected to their clients, and supported in doing their best work every day.
 
In my leadership role, I focus on developing advisors through coaching and skills development, as well as strategic guidance. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation holder with more than 12 years of hands on financial planning experience, I understand the complexities my team navigates every day.

Beyond day to day leadership, I’m committed to driving operational excellence, strengthening compliance and risk practices, and elevating the client experience. I take pride in creating an environment where advisors can thrive, clients feel understood, and financial wellbeing becomes accessible in every community we touch.
 
Outside of work, you’ll find me cheering on my kids at their activities, spending time with family, volunteering in my small community, or tending to my chicken flock.
