Valerie Panko is a Wealth Transition Specialist with Thrive, where she supports the agriculture industry with farm transition and management planning. She works with anyone in the ag sector seeking guidance on succession and transition planning. Val’s focus is on supporting informed decisions, providing independent advice, and helping families explore options. Val brings extensive experience from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture, agricultural lending and credit adjudication, and the grain industry. Most recently, she co-led the design and launch of a national farm transition advisory service for a major ag-focused financial institution. Raised on a cattle operation in southern Saskatchewan, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Professional Agrologist (PAg) designation.
